1. Acceptance
Accessing this site or signing an Agentikex order form constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
Agentikex provides AI agent deployment, digital engineering, STEM lab setup, and Center-of-Excellence services. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined per Statement of Work.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the site to attack, reverse engineer, scrape disproportionately, or interfere with other users. You will not upload unlawful content or violate third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, designs, and code remain the property of Agentikex unless explicitly licensed. Custom client deliverables are governed by the relevant SOW.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated outputs may contain errors or unexpected behaviour. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them, particularly in regulated or safety-critical contexts.
6. Warranties & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law Agentikex disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
