To respond to enquiries, deliver services, evaluate job applications, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, database, email delivery) under written agreements, and when required by law.

5. Retention

We retain enquiries and applications for as long as needed to serve the original purpose and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise.
